Pleasant stay for 2 people. Not far from beach & restaurants Positive: Clean & comfortable

Great accommodation, very close to the beach and local shops and restaurants. Positive: The flat is modern and very well maintained. It has a lovely garden, plenty of space, good facilities.

Enjoyable stay. Extreme weather was a drawback but we brought our own fans Positive: Lovely clean modern accommodation close to good selection of restaurants and stores Negative: Could have provided table and chairs outside. Pillow protectors required but otherwise clean and comfortable.

What a lovely place to stay, ideally located. Would stay again so highly recommend.

Lovely clean, comfortable, quiet apartment, enjoyed by us and the dogs. Great host Positive: Exactly as shown in the photos. Finished to a high specification. Dog friendly garden and year round dog friendly beach nearby. My husband enjoyed his morning run to the beach. Kelly was a great host. She responded quickly and was very accommodating with my requests. Negative: I was a bit concerned about the area we drove through to approach the property and then found the outside of the property was a little scruffy. I do understand the difficulties of managing a communal space and Kelly is working with the neighbours to fix this. However don’t be put off. This property is definitely a case of ‘don’t judge a book by its cover’. The apartment is lovely and neighbouring areas down to the seafront and over to Southbourne are fine.
